About UsAnd who are we? We’re Dannielle Quinn and Matthew Gould. I’ve actually been a pastry chef for over 20 years and I’ve honed my craft in several high-end pastry establishments both here and overseas.
What I’ve learned from some amazing mentors and world-class colleagues I now put into practice at the fudge a’fare. I’ll tell you something - I’ve actually won 6 gold medals in the prestigious Salon Culinaire Competition and worked with the WA Pastry team to successfully compete in the Berlin Food Olympics.
Together with my partner Matthew, who brings another complete dimension to the business, there’s not much we dont know about fudge. We both share the passion. |
